A full Gut Renovation project of a 18,000sqft 121-year-old Gilded Aged Mansion. Most of the Building’s Interior were demolished except for three Decorative Ceilings, the Living Room’s Wood Paneling and a Grand Rotunda Staircase- which was built intentionally to connect the adjacent mansion. Exterior Façade was fully repainted and restored and an additional “outside fireplace lounge” area was added atop the Rotunda for add living space as well as a Penthouse level with breathtaking views of 5th Avenue and Central Park.
